About Me

Deep beneath the surface of simply playing games, are some of the most intricately designed, emotionally engaging, and wholesome experiences you'll ever see. Hey, the names Callum Pumphrey. I'm a Games Designer/Cinematic Artist currently looking for new opportunities within the design discipline of the games industry.

I have a passion for games, the industry and its development, as well as anything media related. Video games have helped me a lot through my life so far, from solving complicated situations, to teaching me new skills, in the most unlikely of places. My life goal is to provide similar experiences to others around the world, and make it engaging and entertaining along the way for all to enjoy.

With over 6 years of experience in the industry:
- I have worked on multiple areas of design. From level design, to character design. Documentation, to feature development.
- I have extensive knowledge in Unity 3D. I work with and manage teams in order to reach our goals/deadlines.
- Provided, and taken on feedback in order to make our final product the best it can be.
- Fixed problems through concepting, discussing, and implementing creative solutions.
- I have a very strong understanding of narrative structure and pacing.
- I work on live projects, and provide updates, fixes, and new content to players on weekly basis.

Outside of the work environment, I take pride in my hobbies, interests, and extra activities I participate in. I thoroughly enjoy the world of Dungeons and Dragons. Creating story rich content, for players to imagine brand new worlds. I love to draw, learning new artistic styles and using new software to really push my skills. Ooh, and if you ever need a last minute replacement for a bar tender to make cocktails at the work christmas party, I'm your man.
